By accessing or using MSukasha.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. MSukasha reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Listings and Content
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misleading descriptions, counterfeit goods, and prohibited items are strictly forbidden. MSukasha reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
4. Transactions and Trade Assurance
MSukasha facilitates transactions but is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers. Trade Assurance protection applies only to qualifying B2B orders where the escrow service was used.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, spamming, or any activity that violates Pakistani law. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
